“Why do you charge per day rather than per night?”
This is because we don’t have strict arrival and departure times. This is explained in more detail on the prices page
“Can I drop off or collect early?”
You can drop off from 9am, but if you would like to drop off from 8am give us a call and we will let you know if this is possible
“What happens if I’m delayed?”
If you are delayed, due to unforeseen events, don’t panic! we understand that this happens. We outline the protocol for this on this page
“Can I come and see the cattery before booking?”
Of course! We always welcome new customers to come and have a viewing before booking. We are very proud of our cattery so are happy to show you around and answer your questions. Contact us to arrange a viewing
“Do you provide updates?”
Yes we can provide updates on your cat whilst you are away. We ideally would send these on WhatsApp. Message us whenever you’d like an update, but we may take longer to get back to you during busier times
“Can you administer medication?”
Yes we have plenty of experience with all kinds of medicines, including liquids, tablets, supplements, inhalers and even insulin injections.
“What should I bring?”
The things you must bring are your vaccination card, and your cat in a strong and suitable carrier. They must have had their flea and parasite treatment up to date for their stay. Other than that, the rest is optional, and we have lots of enrichment items for your cats here. Check out this page
“What if my cat becomes unwell?”

“Why is the price the same whether I bring my own food or you supply it?”
Our prices are based on the daily care, accommodation, and welfare of your cat, rather than the cost of food alone. Food is only one small part of the overall care we provide. Some cats need specific diets or prefer their usual food, which owners are welcome to provide. Others are happy with the food we supply Whiskas, Felix, Sheba with Smilla Dried). In either case, the level of care and attention your cat receives remains the same. For this reason, the price is the same regardless of whether food is supplied by us or brought from home.
