Booking Process

To ensure we can provide the highest standard of care and the right accommodation for every cat, we ask that all bookings follow the process outlined below.

This allows us to confirm availability, prepare appropriately for your cat’s stay, and avoid disappointment.


Step 1 — Check Availability First

Before completing a booking form, please contact us to check availability for your required dates.

Availability can vary depending on:

  • Dates requested
  • Number of cats
  • Accommodation or suite required

A member of our team will confirm whether we are able to accommodate your cat(s) and advise on the next steps.

Booking forms should not be submitted before availability has been confirmed.


Step 2 — Health & Care Requirements

All cats boarding with us must meet current UK cattery licensing requirements.

Before your stay:

  • Cats must be fully vaccinated in line with current UK cattery regulations
  • Cats must be treated for fleas and parasites prior to arrival

We will request full details and dates on the booking form and may ask to see vaccination records on arrival.

These measures help us maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for all cats in our care.


Step 3 — Deposit (If Requested)

Once availability has been confirmed, we may request a deposit to secure the booking.

  • Deposits are not required for all bookings
  • Where requested, deposits must be paid before proceeding
  • Payment details will be provided once availability is confirmed

This ensures your chosen dates and accommodation are reserved for your cat.


Step 4 — Complete the Booking Form

After availability has been confirmed and any requested deposit has been paid, we will ask you to complete our booking form.

This allows us to gather important information such as:

  • Feeding routines and dietary requirements
  • Medication or medical needs
  • Any additional information relevant to your cat’s stay

Completing the form ensures we are fully prepared ahead of arrival and can provide consistent, individual care.


Important Information

  • Booking forms submitted without prior availability confirmation may not be accepted
  • Following the process in the correct order allows us to maintain our five-star standards of care
  • Health requirements are in place to protect all cats staying with us
