Our pricing is based on daily care, rather than a hotel-style overnight rate.
Unlike hotels, catteries do not operate on strict check-in and check-out times. Cats require care, monitoring, cleaning, and routine throughout each day, regardless of arrival or collection time.
For this reason:
- A full day is charged on both the day of arrival and the day of collection
- There are no additional charges for later collections within our opening hours
- Where an early collection has been arranged in advance when booking, we may occasionally be able to waive the final day’s charge as a courtesy. This depends on availability and planning and does not apply to unarranged early collections.
This allows flexibility for owners while ensuring we can provide consistent, high-quality care for every cat in our care.
Our prices reflect:
- Individual daily care and monitoring
- Staffing, cleaning, and welfare checks
- Licensed facilities and five-star standards
All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
