Prices

We may ask for a deposit to be paid when making a booking with us. You can pay this by getting in touch with a member of staff. Deposits are non refundable. Bookings do not get put into our diary until the requested deposit has been paid. Payment of balances can be paid on the day of drop off. We accept cash as well as card.

All of our rooms can house up to three cats. The table below show the prices for different amounts of cats sharing a room. If you are interested in a larger, double pen (two of our regular pens extending into one another), please get in touch for a price. Also if you have more than three cats please ask a member of staff.

Our boarding fees are calculated by day, not night, inclusive of the day of arrival and day of departure. Please note that all cats sharing must be from the same household.

Deposits

We may ask for a deposit, especially in our peak times between March and September. The amount could vary depending on the length of your cats stay. This can be paid over the phone or via bank transfer, and doing so will confirm your booking. The bank details are: S Weston, Sort Code: 60-40-09, Account: 30282330. This is a personal account, not a business one. Use your cats name or surname as the reference.

When do I pay?

Boarding fees are payable by cash or card only. This can be done on the day of arrival or departure. It is advisable that you individually insure your own cat(s).
